I have a high level pf myopia and my eyeballs are big. My eyes are bulging and the upper eye lids are thick.

 

Any eyelid surgery can enhance the beautiness of my eyes? Please advise.

 

I am flying to Seoul next month. If there is any type of surgery suitable for my problem, i will undergo the surgery.
