Stitches will be removed around 10 days after the surgery so I recommend you to stay in Korea 10days after the surgery. You do not need hospitalisation and  2 or 3 times of treatment sessions are required after surgery.
It depends on cases, but normally patients can go back to daily life a week after surgery. Severe swelling will disappear within a month. However, mild swelling might last for 3~6  months and finally, you’ll look so natural and no one will notice that you had surgery!
