Whats bothering me the most is the assymetry in my face, my right brow is low as well as my left cheekbone is wider than the other.

I had facial countering september 2021 with square jaw, zygoma and masseter reduction + buccal fat pad removal. I didn't remove any subcutaneous fat at the time of the surgery. This has made my cheeks look more droopy since there is no bone structure to support all the soft tissue anymore. Im not planning on loosing any signifiqantly amount of weight so I'm considering liposuction around my cheek area. But Im undecisive since Im scared this will age me more in the future. I want to hear your opinion on this.

 

Is a zygomatic reconstruction remission relevant for my case for reducing mass in my left cheek?

 

I also had an open (i think) brow lift february 2022. I have a very visible scar from this in my hairline. My brow assymetry didn't improve from this procedure, I have the feeling of having a good (left) and a bad side. I want my right brow to be as high my left.
