I have a deviated septum which restricts my breathing in my right nostril. My nostrils are very unsymmetrical, with my right nostril being higher than my left. When I smile, my nose droops.

I would like my deviated septum fixed to improve my breathing and to improve the symmetry of my nostrils. I'd also like my nostrils and tip slightly smaller. I also want my nose to be less droopy when I smile.
