I did my double eyelid surgery back in Nov 2016. I did Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty with Ptosis Correction. I was so scared at the time that I only did the minimal stuff and did not do any epicanthoplasty (both medial, and lateral was suggested). I wish I had done it a little bit bigger so that at least the crease shows that I can do upper eyelid liner. But as you can see, my crease is pretty small. I am now 52 years old so I would like to know if doing revision double eyelid surgery with epicanthoplasty will be ok to do and would not look weird. I also have concern about doing revision where it might not shut the eyes fully causing major dry eye problem.
