I am looking for recommendations as to what surgeries would be best for me to increase my attractiveness. Personally, I think I probably need quite a bit of work. I had orthognathic surgery 1 year ago for sleep apnea and they did a genioplasty at that time. I know I need an XL chin implant and work on my nose, but I am also curious as to your recommendations on whether I could benefit from other facial surgeries or procedures. When I look at my photos I feel like just to reach "average" I probably need a lot more than nose and chin work. Thanks for your assistance.
