Hi, I have had several prior plastic surgeries, including rhinoplasty, V line, and SMAS with fat grafting. My SMAS facelift was done 4 years ago.

I have sagging now especially around my forehead causing eyelids to droop and also midface.

I talked to the original clinic who did my surgeries, and they think i should just do laser treatment. I have been doing laser and ultherapy and thread lifts already in the US. No improvement. Wanted a second opinion.

I think I need an endotine lift, some revision lifting.
