I have previously had lower eyelid surgery (non incisional) 7 years ago - there is a bit of eye fat that was still left from this surgery, a small ball of fat that moved during fat grafting on my left eye and I also have Malar bags (which is my main concern).

I attempted to improve my under eye with some under eye filler a year ago but this went horribly wrong as I have hay fever so my allergies did not agree with this. I had to have this dissolved and I now feel like my eyes look hollow and tired. I also feel like my malar bags got worse.
