I'm open to suggestions to have a more feminine and delicate appearance.

What bothers me the most is the size and asymmetry of my lower face and nose. Also my ears are asymmetrical due to a former botched ear surgery.

In general I have jaw pain and tension because of TMJ inspite of having finished invisalign treatment a few years ago.
