Hello, I would like to come in person but before I wanted to receive an estimate of recommended procedures and price estimation (approximately).

Surgeries I had done already at other clinics!: facial contouring with chin tip advancement, jawline liposuction with muscle tying, rhinoplasty, 1 session of fat grafting, ultherapy, breast augmentation with mentor implants

My concerns with my face:

I feel like my face is long and the line of my face is not smooth (the cheekbones seem to be sticking out a bit and the area of the lower cheeks that are bit droopy and fatty), it becomes especially much more worse if I get even slightly puffy. I have quite droopy lower cheeks although my weight is low. I would like my facial line to be smoother and v shape but also appear shorter and more youthful. I also lack volume  on my frontal cheeks, undereyes, near my nostrils, and chin is stil recessed. Also my chin shape is not ideal. I wish the chin was shorter but more projected  forward if possible, and that my lips were positioned highier (philtrum is too long).

For my eyes I would like to have more eyelid space on the outer corners of my eyes because my eyes look tired and droopy but I do not want to get a blephoplasty because I do not like the look of sunken eyes with no fat. So perhaps making a new eyelid line is possible to open up the eye more? I would also like to pair it with (dual) canthoplasty to make my eyes more open, especially on the outer corners, and possibly a bit downwards to make my midface appear shorter. I also have hollow undereyes so I would like to fix that and am also considering subtle lovebands that suit my face (to shorten my midface and create a more youthful and happy appearance).

Forehead and eyebrows. I feel like my forehead area is also quite big. My hair is a bit thin too so I don't want to do something that can risk more hairloss, but I would love if my hairline was rounder and just slightly lower. Also I am not sure if anything else is needed with my forehead/eyebrow area.

My nose is not the biggest concern but it looks different from the left side compared to the right side. From a certian angle the nose line is uneven, the nose tip and nostrils also appear bulbous often. And the nostrils show a lot. But I do not want my nose to be highier or more projected, rather better if it is lower and smaller.

If possible, I want to avoid very extreme and risky procedures, and would rather choose the options with easier and faster recovery. But getting results which look natural and make me look visibly more beautiful and correct the ratio of my face is important for me. I also do not want to have complications after procedures such as more skin and fat sagging, hollowness etc because I am already dealing with these issues so I hope this will be my last surgery. I am also very yoyng so I do not think I should already be undergoing antiaging treatments regularly to fix some sagging etc.

The above concerns are highiest importance for me (nose is a bit lower importance and I'd rather not do it if it is not gonna be done exactly the way I want)

Also I am interested in fat grafting to breasts to create more upper volume, cleavage and more natural appearance.

Also interested in labiaplasty.
