Step 1

Operate T osteotomy on the edge of chin by avoiding nerve lines.

Step 2

Remove resected upper bone and the bone in the middle.

Step 3

Gather edge of resected chins.

Step 4

Fasten with pins.

Step 5

Remove resected bon pieces on each side.
