Step 1

Operate T osteotomy on the edge of chin by avoiding nerve lines.

Step 2

Remove resected bone pieces in the middle and upper side.

Step 3

Gather resected jaw pieces.

Step 4

Push protruding jaw toward inside and set balance.

Step 5

Fasten with pins.

Step 6

Remove resected bone pieces on each side.
