Step 1

Operate T osteotomy on the edge of chin by avoiding nerve lines.

Step 2

Remove resected bone in the middle.

Step 3

Gather edge of resected chins,

Step 4

The protruding bone part from both sides is resected and trimmed, and inserted into the chin.

Step 5

Fasten with pins.
