Luis Padron “ELF” surgery experience at ID Hospital

 

Introducing Luis Padron, aka the Elf who came all the way from Argentina to have a V-line surgery at ID Hospital. V-line surgery reduces the size of the jaw and chin. Luis had an asymmetric jaw, and wanted to get the surgery to fix the asymmetry. We caught up with him six months after his surgery to check on his progress.

ID Hospital: Hi Luis! It’s great to catch up with you six months after your surgery. Can you tell us briefly how was the healing process?

Luis Padron: The healing progress was really fast! I must admit that the first few days were difficult, because I like to eat a lot and I could not move my mouth too much, but everything was improving quickly. A few weeks later, nobody noticed that I have done something to my face. But after 2 or 3 months it was when the swelling went down almost completely and the spectacular results began to show.

ID Hospital: Are you happy that you chose ID Hospital? What made you decide to have your surgeries here?

Luis Padron: I am beyond happy. My life quality improved so much, and I have no fear of the cameras anymore. Everything started when I was talking to my friend, I was telling her how sad I was about my jawline, because I was born with an asymmetry in my jaw. Then, she told me that the best jawline surgeries were performed in Korea, and the best surgeons in Korea are in ID Hospital. She encouraged me to give it a try, and the rest is history!

 

 

ID Hospital: What have you been upto for the last six months?

Luis Padron: I have been traveling a lot. My career is based on my dream to become a fantasy being, using plastic surgery as a way to achieve it. So, when European and American channels heard that I made an entire jaw reshaping, they went crazy! They started calling me for interviews and reality shows non stop, and basically I was barely at home since my surgery. And I am happy, because I look great on TV now!

ID Hospital: What prompted you to decide to have many surgeries? Can you tell us more about the aesthetic that you want to achieve?

Luis Padron: Achieving my goal is a long process. Healing many surgeries is slow, and if I wait too much time all the years will pass and I risk to never achieve my goal. I am young, and I want to enjoy my youth the way I want to, being the ideal of beauty I have in mind. And so far I made the right choice. Imagine a mix between an anime or video game character, and an elf. That’s my goal, my ideal of beauty is fantasy itself. White hair, fair skin, big eyes, and small sharp features.

 

 

ID Hospital: When did you decide that you wanted to have “The Elf” aesthetic? What made you decide that?

Luis Padron: There isn’t an exact date for my choice. I always felt different, so I used to dye my hair since my childhood and used contact lens to enlarge my eyes since I was a teenager. When I was 14 years old, I decided that I needed plastic surgery to be what I wanted to be. Fantasy was always there for me in bad moments, in form of books and movies, and gave me joy when I was feeling sad. Then all that fantasy took an ideal shape, which is that of the elves. They are beings of love and light, who want to make a better world, beings beautiful inside and outside.

ID Hospital: What is your family/friends’ opinions about you going for these surgeries?

Luis Padron: They weren’t so happy at first. Because people here tend to see plastic surgery as a dangerous and highly risky procedure. But the reality is different. When you are in the right hands, you have nothing to fear, and I always make a research before doing something. I took my time to explain them everything. After some time, when they saw that nothing bad was happening to me and that my life was changing for good in many ways, they started to support me. And now they even want some procedures too! Haha.

 

 

ID Hospital: How do you view yourself now, after the surgery? What is your opinion of yourself?

Luis Padron: I look younger, healthier, and happier. Of course, I still have some things here and there that I want to fix of my face. But with every procedure I am closer to fulfill my dreams. The jawline improved my appearance a lot, but the smile it gave me made it all 100% better.

ID Hospital: Have these surgeries make you feel more confident about yourself? Was that one of your goals for having surgery?

Luis Padron: Of course! I can feel many changes in my life. I wear less makeup because I have less “imperfections” to cover. I walk straight and proud. And I tend to talk more, haha. Confidence boosted and self-esteem on the clouds.

 

 

ID Hospital: Do you have any messages for your fans?

Luis Padron: I don’t have fans, I have friends. I consider everyone who support me as friends. Without them and their kind words, this journey wouldn’t have been as easy and enjoyable.
