ID Hospital: Hi, It is good to see you again! What made you decide to get eye surgery and rhinoplasty?

Haehyon: I have always been so concerned about the shape and size of my eyes. I wanted to have bigger, beautiful eyes. I wanted to get a higher nose bridge and defined tip.

ID Hospital: So tell us why did you decide to have your surgeries at ID Hospital?

Haehyon: I got some recommendations and also read online reviews. I liked that ID Hospital is so big and well-equipped so I knew I would be in good hands.

After going to at least 5 different clinics before choosing ID Hospital.

ID Hospital: How many surgeries did you end up having?

Haehyon: My doctor recommended Bambi eyelid surgery which will give me the type of eyes that I wanted. For my nose, he would add a silicone implant for the bridge. They also recommended that I add fat graft to my forehead.

So in total, eye surgery and rhinoplasty, with some fat graft.

ID Hospital: Was the healing process as you expected? How did you deal with the pain?

Haehyon: I only had pain for 3 days after the surgery and then, it was mostly discomfort afterwards. It hurt when they removed my stitches for my eyes and nose after one week.

With the eye surgery and rhinoplasty, the swelling took some time, but within 3 months, I felt great. The fat graft was fine from the beginning, no pain or anything.

ID Hospital: Do you feel more confident after your surgeries?

Haehyon: I have always been overweight. I wanted to get the surgeries as a motivation for me to start losing weight. Once I got the surgeries, I started right away.

I changed my diet first, and after a month, I added exercise. It was a total transformation really. The surgeries gave me the motivation to lose weight.

ID Hospital: Has this transformation changed your life?

Haehyon: After the surgery, I had the confidence to achieve all my goals. I found my confidence increased as I was healing and losing weight at the same time.

Making all the right choices to be the person I envisioned and empowering myself came to me easily. Getting those surgeries at ID Hospital gave me the push I needed to be the best version of myself.
