  • Development of T-osteotomy, which effectively reduce the front chin without the risk of nerve damage.
  • The thesis on T-osteotomy of ID Hospital has been registered in worldwide authoritative academic journal ‘PRS’.
  • It was formerly used for treating cancer and other diseases.
  • ID Hospital introduced the osteotomy method which was not available in Korea
  • Development of T-osteotomy, which effectively reduce the front chin without the risk of nerve damage.

2014 Mini V-Line

  • Development of ‘Mini-Vline’ which reduces the length of frontal chin using Sandwich-osteotomy and enables the chin advanced and backward so that the symptoms of long chin and protruding chin can be improved.
  • The thesis on ‘Mini-Vline’ has been registered in worldwide famous academic journal ‘JCS’.
  • Adjustment of long chin length using Double-Bladed Saw which enables to resect the proper amount of bone planned by surgical plan.
  • Reduce the length and width of frontal chin, reducing the risk of nerve damage quantification bone resection.
  • Improvement of Long chin, protruding chin or short chin by moving the chin forward and backward.

2014 DIA-Osoteotomy

  • The latest version of ‘V-Line surgery’ which enable to lengthen the frontal chin without bone transplant.
  • Development of ‘DIA-Osteotomy’ which make up for the weakness of autogenous bone graft.
  • The thesis on DIA-osteotomy has been registered in worldwide authoritative academic journal ‘PRS’.
  • Even though the frontal chin is wide and vertical length is short, slim facial line can be created in the golden ratio.
  • Research in reducing the length and width of frontal chin using autonomous bone graft.

International Symposium on Surgery-First Approach Orthognathic Surgery

id Hospital was the first in South Korea to hold the for 4 times, and it became the opportunity for ID Hospital to be acknowledged as its surgical technique of ‘International Surgery-First approach Orthoganathic Surgery’.
The Symposium is a place where domestic and oversea medical staffs gather in one place and share their latest medical knowledge. Authorized medical doctors and medical teams in ID Hospital received a great response as a presenter.
