What is Revision Rhinoplasty?

Tilted nose implant
Surgical method
In this case, the implant is taken out, and the space for implant is adjusted to be the same on both sides. Implant that fits the shape of nose ridge is inserted. It is not moved or bent once it is fixed to the cartilage in the middle.
Nose ridge too high
Surgical method
In this case, the silicon is removed, and the height of nose ridge is adjusted lower with a new implant. Also, the wide nose bone is cut and the width of nose ridge is narrowed, which gives a sharper look even with a lower ridge.
Low nose tip
Surgical method
The nasal septum cartilage inside the nose is used to give a support to the nose tip. After making it stabled, cartilage is transplanted to keep it from getting lower again.
Nose ridge too narrow

Implant is replaced with a wider implant for the nose ridge.
Deformed shape of nose tip
Surgical method
Severe scar tissue is removed, and the nose tip cartilage is rebuilt using nasal septum or ear cartilage to create a new shape.
