Meet Jenni from New York, a 21 year old animation student. She decided to have V-line surgery, rhinoplasty and breast augmentation surgeries at ID Hospital.
ID Hospital: How did you get find ID Hospital? Why did you decide to have your surgeries here?
Jenni: I was recommended a few clinics in South Korea for surgery. As I was doing research on them, I came across Echo Monroe’s video on YouTube. As I followed her journey, I made the decision to come to ID Hospital!
ID Hospital: How many surgeries are you going to have?
Jenni: I was planning to have 4 surgeries, V-line surgery, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation and cheekbone reduction, but changed my mind and decided to go ahead with 3 surgeries, so I cancelled the cheekbone reduction surgery.
ID Hospital: What prompted you to decide to have many surgeries at once?
Jenni: I prefer to suffer through the pain and heal all at one time and to just have a quicker transformation.
ID Hospital: What do you feel this transformation will do for your life?
Jenni: I think it will give me a lot more confidence and I will be happier to take photos with friends and family.
ID Hospital: What is your family’s opinion about you going for these surgeries?
Jenni: My family does not approve of any type of cosmetic surgery. They hate it. However, it is my body, my money, and my happiness. And in the end, I will always be their daughter no matter what.
ID Hospital: Why are you having these surgeries? What do you hope to achieve?
Jenni: I’m looking to have a smoother and smaller doll looking face. I hope to feel more comfortable wearing any hairstyle and without using makeup. Sometimes I want to have short boy haircut but since my face is very ‘bulky’, I feel the need to hide the shape of my face with my hair. I feel that these surgeries will make me more confident about myself.
ID Hospital: How do you view yourself now, before surgery? What is your opinion of yourself?
Jenni: I really don’t like my face. Often I am using filters, photoshop, or covering my face when taking photos and wearing a lot of makeup.
ID Hospital: Are you nervous about having these surgeries?
Jenni: I’m actually very excited to finally have these surgeries that I wanted for years. I was actually more scared of the flight to Korea than the surgery!
