Who Can Apply?

Anyone of any gender, nationality or ethnicity can apply! The application criteria are:
Must be at least 19 years old on the date of application
Must speak fluent English
Must be able to spend at least 3 weeks in Korea for consultation, surgery and aftercare.
Must be able to get surgery within the year of 2024

Danielle’s Story

Danielle from the UK was selected as a 2023 ID Model. She requested to have Facial Feminization Surgery, so a custom surgery plan was created for her. It included: Rhinoplasty, Cheekbone Reduction, Forehead Reduction, Mini Lifting, Thread Lifting, ACCU and Facial Fatgrafting.

She said that she didn’t expect it, but she was absolutely obsessed with her new forehead and she loved it.

Regina’s Story

Regina from the USA was an ID Model in 2019. She came to ID for her dream makeover. Her surgery plan included: Forehead Reduction, V-Line Surgery, Rhinoplasty, V3 Lifting and Sub-Orbital Augmentation.

Paige’s Story

Anastasia’s Story

Anastasia from Canada was selected alongside Danielle as an ID Model for 2023. She had: V-Line Surgery, Cheekbone Reduction, Rhinoplasty, Double Eyelid Surgery, Under Eye Fat Repositioning, ACCU and Facial Fatgrafting. It’s a tall order, but not a challenge for ID’s expert surgery team!

Terms and Conditions

1. Any application form that does not satisfy the requirements will be disregarded.
2. All applicants must be over 19 years of age at the time of application, and the applicant should be able to get surgery in 2024.
3. A security deposit is required, and it will be refunded one year after the surgery.
4. Applicants must upload an audition video no longer than 3 minutes on YouTube. Applications without a video will not be accepted. You don’t have to have your own channel. Please set your video privacy settings to “Unlisted” for your privacy. (Please do not send a video through other ID official channels.)
5. Forms / photos submitted online will not be returned.
6. Applications will not be accepted on any channel other than the form (link in bio). (Email / WhatsApp / Kakao / Line / DM, etc. are NOT accepted)
7. Flight, food, medication, transportation, and hotel are not included.
8. Must be able to stay in Korea for at least 3 weeks.
9. Selected winners are required to send photos and videos of surgery results up to 1 year after surgery.
10. ID Hospital has the full rights to ‘Before and After’ content related to selected ID Models and can be used without consent for marketing purposes.
11. People with certain medical conditions may not be able to receive surgery.

FAQ

Will I be filmed or photographed at ID Hospital?

Yes. As an ID Model your time at ID Hospital will be filmed and photographed. As a model you give ID the right to use these recordings for marketing use. Models must also send follow-up pictures to show how their healing is progressing for 1 year after the surgery date. These can also be used for marketing and promotion.

Where is ID Hospital?

ID Hospital is located in the Gangnam district of Seoul, very close to Sinsa subway station. Our exact address is: ID Hospital, 142, Dosan-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea

How can I find a hotel?

If you are selected as a winner, then you will be matched with an online consultant, as well as a member of the marketing team. It will be a private chat where you can ask any questions about coming to ID Hospital and travelling to Korea.

Will I get to pick my surgeon?

No. ID Hospital employs more than 30 doctors / medical professionals including board-certified plastic surgeons, anesthesiologists, dentists, dermatologists etc. Some surgeons may or may not be available depending on the time you arrive in Korea. Furthermore, ID Models’ surgeries must fit into the existing surgery timetable. For these reasons it is not practical for Models to choose their own surgeons. ID will always try its best to match you with a surgeon who is experienced, professional and suitable for the kind of results you wish to obtain.

Is post-operative care included?

Yes. ID Hospital does not charge extra for your post-surgical examinations, de-swelling treatments or care packages.

What are the safety systems in place at ID Hospital?

ID is second-to-none for safety in the field of plastic surgery. Every patient is screened in a Nationally Certified Comprehensive Examination. This is to make sure they are healthy enough for surgery. ID Hospital is certified by the Korean Ministry of Health and Welfare. The hospital building is also high-tech and designed to maximize patient welfare, such as a Central Monitoring System, Operating Theatre CCTV and fireproofing on all floors.

If I submit an application, will my data be kept private?

Yes. Your application, your information, your photos and your application video are private between you and ID Hospital Staff. It will not be sold to advertisers. Once the contest is over, your information will only be used to educate and inform members of staff so that we can make the next year’s competition even better.
